We are happy to accept returns for items purchased within 10 business days from the original date of purchase that are unopened, unused, in the original condition, not heat-sensitive, not services/treatments, and not from a custom order. Custom orders can include but are not limited to, peptide prescriptions, custom injectables, compounded creams, compounded capsules, compounded troches, and compounded nasal sprays.
